Jenna Strauss

Jenna was born and raised right here in Lititz PA. She graduated from Warwick High School before going on to get her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Shortly after graduating, Jenna’s brother encouraged her to start going to the gym with him in the mornings before work. She agreed, however almost backed out after realizing that also entailed running to and from the gym… at 4:25 am. That very quickly became her daily routine before work for the next few years. At least until the pandemic. At that point, their morning gym and run turned into just a morning run. After a few months, her cousin Josh (coach at Warehouse Athletics) encouraged them to come try a class at his gym since Jenna’s previous gym had closed down during the pandemic.  One class was all it took before Jenna was hooked! She began attending our early morning classes and has been an avid member of the FitFam ever since. She has now been a member for almost 5 years, and recently decided it was time to take the next step and get her CrossFit-L1 Trainer certificate. She believed her background in physical therapy would be a great asset to becoming a coach here at WHA.
